Weeks 1–2
RERA & Real Estate Foundations
RERA Act orientation, MahaRERA portal walkthrough, agent registration, CoC exam prep begins. Assignment: draft a RERA-compliant listing.
Weeks 3–4
Sales, Leads & Negotiation
Modern buyer journey, lead-generation playbook (portals, referrals, WhatsApp), BANT qualification, negotiation role-plays. Assignment: written negotiation plan.
Weeks 5–6
Property Marketing & Digital Brand
Listing photography & copy, Google Business, Meta ads, Instagram & YouTube content rhythm. Live workshop: build your personal brand (90 min).
Weeks 7–8
Investment, Valuation & Finance
Valuation fundamentals, home loan & EMI math, cap rate & 5-year cash flow modelling. Assignment: full investment deal analysis.
Weeks 9–10
Legal, Taxation & Documentation
Agreements for sale, stamp duty, GST on under-construction property, due diligence checklist. CoC mock exam on 10 Oct.
Weeks 11–12
Practical Fieldwork & Capstone
Site visit shadowing, mock client meeting, end-to-end deal portfolio submission. Live capstone presentations & graduation (21 Oct).
